Every time I read one of your blogs, I feel as though you know me--as though you have so perfectly and articulately captured exactly what is unfolding in my experience. What you share has brought so much illumination and clarity, and left me feeling far less alone. Thank you, Amaya! I am touched and moved by you and your work.
Oh Amy, that means the world to me to receive this from you. I do my best to tap into the field and bring through what feels most resonant or needed. And honestly most of these deeply speak to ME as I bring them through. Especially this one.
You are very much not alone. Stay connected as much as you like here with me and the community I hope we build here. I'm here for you. And so is Source. 💜
Brilliant post and timely. So like the other post from Amy, you were able to articulate so clearly in a heartfelt way what I am moving through now. I know I am not lost just in transition, on the edge of something. What works for me , meditation, ocean swims and reading articles like your Blessings x
Yes… transition. Threshold. I’m so glad this met you in right timing. Ocean swims sound divine. I live in the mountains so for me it’s soaking in the hot springs or cold plunges into the river.
Water and minerals. They’ve been such allies. Thank you for sharing your voice here. 💜
Amaya, You have a nice command of the spiritual terrain. I don't feel the way you talked about in your email letter, but I have been there before and know the pain to not being connected. I will share your letter with my over 2,000 people online "SacredFriends Community"...all the best to you and you outreach, Samuel Kiwasz 310-819-0101 ( www.SacredFriends.org )
Thank you Ariel! When leaving comments on your phone, just tap the blue post link on the top right, which you clearly figured out!! And yes… so much to come!
Amaya, how timely! Did you know four other women-led groups are developing METHODS to address this? Below is my email from yesterday to another woman concerned on this. Okay to email or call me. HealingToolbox//att//gmale
Alexis: "It has been a hard few years for practitioners around the world. It seems that many stopped teaching during the pandemic and never really started again. . . We are open to ideas and suggestions for how to support you better, so please get in touch!"
Hi Alexis BruceD here. Your observation applies way beyond kinesiology geeks to all holistic, Cultural Creative methods, activity and endeavors.
Let's skip the reasons. In only the last 2-3 years a new solution has come forward for those holistic, Cultural Creatives still around, who are ready to go forwards not backwards. My perception is this is also a 100% women-led movement.
- IFS Institute (most teachers and authors female)
- Connierae Andreas' Wholeness Work (she of Core Transformations (1997), and
- Esther Veltheim, the wife of BodyTalk founder, in her BodyTalk Breakthrough. I know the least about this development.
Women in the above orgs are all converging, synthesizing--not analyzing--a new non-religious approach to awareness. Even tho each org defines and describes "awareness" differently, I believe they are all touching the same phenomena.
The above did not come to me until I was almost finished my latest book. Cover above. Simple Awareness, the Soul of Self-Connection. Its alternate title is Simple Awareness, the Heart of Self-Connection. 26,000 words, about 100 pages.
ATTACHED is the publisher's book description.
Okay to share these materials. If you want a full text PDF, just ask.
The book does a pretty good job pulling together all the non-religious, non-patriarchal, whole-brain, new concepts and language for 'simple awareness.'
The 'new awareness movement' hasn't hit kinesiology yet. I think when and if it does, it supports teachers in a deep way.

Thank you so much Samuel. Glad to be connected with you here. These paths are so much softer when we can walk them together. 🙏🏼
I am still learning how to navigate technologies. I supposedly left a response on my phone, but it doesn't seem to have appeared here.
I appreciate your words which are encouraging to me. I know you have so much up your sleeve, so I am looking forward to more!!!

Four small organizations are involved:
