Why the world needs what you've been hiding
Plus a somatic exercise for the ones who carry something real and have been waiting for permission to share it.
I need to tell you something… and I’d like you to hear it for what it is: Truth.
So pause. Take a breath. Because:
What you carry is not too much.
It is not too strange, too intense, too hard to explain, or too big for the room.
It is not something you need to water down, package differently, or apologize for before you offer it.
What you carry is needed.
Right now. By specific people. Who are looking for exactly what moves through you and cannot find it, because you haven’t let them see it yet.
And I know why you haven’t.
I know because I’ve lived it and I’ve sat with hundreds of practitioners and healers who live it too.
You haven’t shared what you really carry because the last time you did, or the last several lifetimes you did, it cost you something. It cost you belonging. Safety. Sometimes your life.
There is a bone-deep memory in many of us that says: what I am, fully expressed, is dangerous. To me. To others. To the order of things.
And so you learned to offer the safe version. The version that fits inside language people already have. The version that doesn’t make anyone uncomfortable. The version that lets you help without ever fully being seen.
I know this one intimately. I struggle with it too.
Or perhaps, you haven’t offered anything at all.
Because how do you offer something you can barely name? How do you put a price on something that just happens when you’re present, something you didn’t learn, didn’t choose, can’t always control, and aren’t sure you have the right to claim?
So you hold it. Quietly. Privately. Wondering if it’s real enough to build anything on.
I’m here to tell you: it’s real. And the holding is over.
What hiding actually costs you
Here’s what I’ve seen, in myself and in the hundreds of practitioners I’ve worked with:
When a being who carries real gifts decides to hide them, the hiding doesn’t stay contained. It leaks into everything.
Your body holds the tension of suppression. Chronic fatigue, mysterious pain, the feeling of being squeezed into a life that’s too small.
These are not random. Your body knows you’re living below your design. It registers the gap between what you are and what you’re allowing yourself to express, and it holds that gap in your tissue, your nervous system, your sleep.
Your finances reflect the contraction. Not because money is spiritual reward, but because you cannot receive fully when you’re not giving fully. You’re offering a fraction of what you carry and receiving a fraction of what’s available. The math is structural, not karmic.
And your inner life, your spiritual life, your sense of purpose, your relationship with Source, has this persistent hum of something’s missing. Not because you haven’t done enough inner work.
Because the inner work was always pointing you toward the same thing: stop hiding what you are.
Where the hiding lives in your body
Here’s something you can do right now. Not to fix anything. Not to push yourself into visibility before you’re ready. Just to meet what’s been happening inside you while you’ve been holding back.
Because hiding takes effort. Your body is actively working to suppress what wants to come through. And that effort has a location.
Try this:
Think about the gift you’ve been holding back. The one you’re most afraid to claim publicly. Not the safe version you might tell a friend about. The real one. The capacity that feels too big, too strange, too much to say out loud.
Let yourself feel, just for a moment, the full reality of what you carry.
Now notice where your body responds.
Not where you think it should respond. Where it actually does. Where something tightens, braces, pulls inward, or contracts.
Your throat often holds what hasn’t been said. The gift you’ve never described out loud in its full form. The truth about what you are that you’ve swallowed back every time it tried to surface.
Your solar plexus often holds unowned power. The capacity you know you have but haven’t claimed. The authority you carry but don’t let yourself stand in.
Your chest often holds the love and grief of not sharing what you came here to share. The ache of carrying something beautiful and keeping it private. This one surprises people. They expect fear, and what they find is heartbreak.
Your hands often hold the work that wants to move through them. Practitioners who do hands-on or energetic work frequently feel this as heat, tingling, or a sensation of fullness with nowhere to go.
You might feel it in one place. You might feel it in several. There’s no wrong answer. Your body already knows exactly where this lives.
Now, once you’ve found it, don’t try to release it. Don’t try to open it or heal it or push past it. Just breathe into that exact location and say, internally:
I see you. I know what you’re holding. You don’t have to let go yet. But you can stop bracing.
That’s it. That’s the whole practice.
Where does the hiding live in you?
Share in the comments. Along with what you most want to be possible for you and those you serve, when you trust to express your gifts fully.
Most people feel something shift within sixty seconds. Not because they decided to let go, but because the body doesn’t need the suppression to be unconscious anymore. Being seen, even by yourself, changes the physics of holding.
What you’ve been hiding has a weight.
Your body has been carrying that weight every day, in specific places, using real energy. This practice doesn’t ask you to drop it all at once. It just lets your body know that you know. And that alone begins to change what’s possible.
Why this matters right now
If you’ve been following the Flourishing Phase transmissions, you already feel what’s shifting.
Creation is arriving. Not ascending, not transcending. Arriving here, in matter, in bodies, in the actual material of our daily lives.
And the way it arrives is through beings who are willing to express what they actually are.
That’s you. YOU, the one reading this, the one who has been sitting on something real and waiting for confirmation that it’s time.
It’s time.
The Flourishing Phase doesn’t happen because one enlightened being descends and fixes everything. It happens because enough of us stop hiding.
Because practitioners start offering from their real design instead of their adapted one. Because the people who carry real presence and real seeing and real capacity to shift others finally step into visibility.
What’s at stake when you hide your gifts isn’t just your career or your income. It’s the actual pace at which the world wakes up.
An invitation
I built Your Original Source Design Map for this exact moment. For practitioners, healers, and spiritual creatives who know they carry something real and are ready to finally see it clearly.
Here’s what it is: I read your original design directly. Your actual gifts. Your creative purpose. The way you naturally work. The fuller picture of what’s waking up in you.
You receive a detailed written report that names what you are in language you can actually use, to build from, to communicate from, to stand inside when you’re ready to offer what you carry.
There’s a reason this is done as a reading and written report rather than a live call. Without a conversation, your performance drops away. Your desire to be seen a certain way drops away. What comes through is who you actually are beneath all of that. A call can’t produce what this process produces.
The report maps four dimensions:
1. Your Original Source Design.
Who you actually are at full-scale. Your gifts, your purpose, the way you naturally work, and the fuller picture of what’s coming online in you. Named plainly, specifically, in language you can use. Includes:
Your Source-issued capacities at full-scale (including divine, human, and all dimensions of you when fully expressed)
Your original design creator or practitioner expression: how you can begin expressing what is already alive in you, within the practical scope of your existing life and work
2. Where You Are Now.
An honest read of where you’re already expressing from your real design and where old patterns are running the show, based on your intake and direct Source transmission. What to keep. What to release. What wants to shift.
3. How You’re Showing Up.
I assess your existing offering language or material through the lens of what the design read revealed. Where your real self is coming through. Where there’s a gap. And the single most important shift that would bring everything into alignment.
4. Your Path Forward.
How to move from where you are toward offering your gifts in a way that matches what you actually are. Practical, specific, built on what the reading reveals. Includes:
An original design offering statement (like a USP, or unique selling proposition), with exact language you can adopt for how you talk about who you are
Don’t have an active offering yet? The reading works just as well with your intake and what you’re envisioning. I read you, not your website.
Most practitioners and seekers I work with have spent thousands on certifications, courses, and coaching trying to articulate what makes them different, trying to find the version of their work that finally feels like them. This reading names it in five days or less.

The world didn’t need you to be smaller. It needed time to be ready for what you are. That time is now. This is how you find out what you’ve been carrying, named so clearly that hiding stops making sense.

This resonated deeply. I think one of the greatest tragedies is that many people spend years trying to become someone "worthy" of contributing, when the very experiences they've been ashamed of may be what uniquely equip them to help others. Our deepest wounds don't automatically become wisdom, but when they're integrated rather than merely endured, they often become the place from which we can serve with the greatest authenticity.
What an amazing article, thank you! I definitely felt that in my chest, which says a lot and makes total sense.
