This resonated deeply. I think one of the greatest tragedies is that many people spend years trying to become someone "worthy" of contributing, when the very experiences they've been ashamed of may be what uniquely equip them to help others. Our deepest wounds don't automatically become wisdom, but when they're integrated rather than merely endured, they often become the place from which we can serve with the greatest authenticity.
