Why Manifesting Works. Then... Doesn't.
The science and Source transmission that reveals the true nature of reality and how to get it to give you want you want.
What is the nature of reality?
In last weekâs Fall Equinox guide, I touched on the idea that our reality is holographic in nature. And in essence, a mirror.
Here, I want to give this a more detailed treatment. As energies intensify this season, itâs more important than ever that we remember:
We exist in a creation that reflects us. That listens to us. That shapes itself according to what we signal.
However, we must also understand that reality can reflect a distorted, diminished, or delayed version of what we truly want, and why that happens.
Iâm not a scientist, but Iâve kept a broad laywomanâs view of research spanning particle physics, quantum theory, string theory, and Lynne McTaggartâs work on the Zero Point Field.
Iâll lean on some of that here to ground what Iâve experienced directly and what the divine has shown me about field dynamics and realityâs architecture.
My hope is that youâll walk away with clear, actionable insight into how to engage reality so it mirrors you â and your desires â more cleanly and more quickly.
Why manifesting worksâŚ
Many of us grew up with Think and Grow Rich, The Secret, or What the Bleep Do We Know. These were groundbreaking for me when I first encountered them.
I have countless stories from those years: winning raffles and radio call-in contests on command⌠manifesting a $1.4 million house plus the money to rent it within two weeks of being broke and homeless during the 2008 banking crash⌠even running into a celebrity who remembered me from years earlier, and whose invitation into VIP catapulted me into top-tier marketing work for the next decade.
Manifesting became such a consistent practice for me that I began teaching it. Some of you reading this may remember my manifestation teachings from those early years.
⌠and why it eventually doesn'tâŚ
But then, everything changed.
In November 2009, I had a spontaneous, intense kundalini awakening. I wasnât ready. My body wasnât prepared. My neurological circuits felt fried. The extrovert lifestyle I had thrived in suddenly became impossible. I withdrew. I needed isolation.
At the same time, my psychic abilities activated, and I sought professional training to manage them.
What I came to discover is that manifesting often feels effortless at the beginning of our spiritual journey â when our focus is still on everyday life, material well-being, and comfort.
But as we mature into deeper spiritual work â when we begin aligning with our divine assignment and our part in global awakening â the rules seem to change.
What Iâve heard time and again from others matches my own experience: suddenly manifesting doesnât work anymore. Instead, life gets harder.
And the question I get most often is: How is that possible? How can manifesting flow easily in the beginning, and then vanish after weâve gained more capacity and more spiritual development?
The answer requires moving beyond traditional manifestation advice. We have to look at the very architecture weâre working with: reality itself.
In what follows, Iâll walk you through what science has discovered about the nature of reality â from physics to neuroscience to systems theory. Then Iâll share what the divine has shown me: how reality can be encoded and authored by us as Creators.
It turns out that reality is not an inert emptiness. Nor an ocean we float in like fish. It is more like a living mirror. One that not only reflects us â but looks back, listens, and interacts.

The Science of Reality as Mirror
For decades, science has been edging toward an expanded view of the fabric of our universe and our reality. Many are coming to understand reality as a hologram.
And no, this does not mean we are in a simulation. Yes, reality requires simulation architecture... but thatâs different. I will cover this in more depth in a future article this season.
Physics: The Implicate Order
The late quantum physicist David Bohm proposed that reality operates through what he called the Implicate Order, an underlying field where everything in the universe is enfolded into everything else.
In this view, the âwholeâ is present in every âpart.â
Just as a holographic plate contains the entire image in each fragment, every piece of reality carries information about the entire system.1
You can see hints of this same principle in fractals: patterns that repeat themselves infinitely, where each small section reflects the structure of the whole.
A fern frond, a coastline, the branching of trees or blood vessels⌠they all follow this same design.
The part is never separate from the whole. The whole lives in the part.
If reality itself is structured this way, then Source, the ground of all being, is wholly present in every part or expression of it.
This means that each of us, while appearing as one part of Source in manifestation, also carries the Whole within us. This is significant, because it means our Source is not some overlord above and beyond us. No, Source has shared its Totality with every part: without separation or hierarchy.
Later in this article, weâll explore the implications of this more fully.
For now, itâs enough to see the architecture: every part is already the whole, and the Source that moves through all things involves itself wholly, in every detail.
Neuroscience: The Holographic Brain
Around the same time that Bohm was developing his ideas about the Implicate Order, neuroscientist Karl Pribram was asking a different question: how does the brain store memory and perception? What he found challenged the conventional view.
Instead of locating memory in specific neurons or regions, Pribram discovered that memory and perception are distributed â stored in interference patterns that look and behave much like a hologram.2
If you cut a holographic plate into pieces, each piece still contains the entire image, though at lower resolution. In the same way, each region of the brain appears to contain information about the whole of experience.
Why does this matter?
Because it suggests that our perception of reality is already holographic.
When you look at the world âout there,â your brain isnât simply recording a snapshot of something separate from you. Instead, the image of the world is encoded across the field of your awareness â distributed, redundant, and whole in every part.
Put differently: your perception doesnât live in one tiny file tucked into a brain cell. It lives in a pattern that is everywhere at once (especially across your connective tissues or fascia!). Because it is distributed, your awareness is never separate from the reality it perceives.
This is important because it means the line between âin hereâ (your mind) and âout thereâ (the world) isnât as solid as we think. Just as a hologram contains the whole image in every fragment, your consciousness holds the whole field of your experience.
You are not a detached observer of reality; you are a participant in it.
This is one of the keys to working with reality as mirror. If your perception itself is holographic, then reality isnât simply happening âout there.â It is arising through the patterns you hold âin here.â
Change the pattern, and you can change the entire reflection.
Systems Theory: Feedback Loops
Systems theory gives us another lens: living systems are defined by feedback. They donât just act; they respond.3
Think about a microphone and speaker. When you speak into the mic, your voice travels through the system, comes back amplified, and you hear it echo. Thatâs feedback.
Or consider your own body: if your temperature rises, your system sweats to cool you down. Thatâs a feedback loop in action.
Reality itself behaves the same way. It is not a static backdrop. It is a responsive system.
What we put into the field â particularly our signal and the patterns and structures that produce it â does not vanish into emptiness. It circulates through the system of reality and comes back to us, often amplified.
This is why when youâre anxious, you may notice situations that confirm your worry. When youâre joyful, doors seem to open more easily. Itâs not that reality is ârewardingâ or âpunishing.â Itâs that reality, like any living system, is built to respond to signals.
Most manifesting guidance treats reality like a vending machine. Plug in what you want and wait for the universe to spit it out.
This is a misapplication of the feedback nature of living systems.
Feedback loops donât only mirror what we say we want. They mirror the signal we are broadcasting, across the board.
If your conscious intention says, âI want abundance,â but the deeper signal you carry is âI am afraid of lack,â reality responds to the signal⌠because that is what has entered and moved through the system, and so it is what gets returned to you.
This makes systems theory a powerful bridge. It shows us that reality doesnât just passively exist. It listens, it adapts, and it mirrors back the patterns it receives â whether those patterns are conscious or unconscious.
In other words: what we put into the system matters. Every signal shapes the feedback that reality returns to us.
Taken together, these threads â Bohmâs implicate order, Pribramâs holographic brain, and the feedback loops of systems theory â begin to sketch a striking picture.
Reality is not separate from us. It is not a backdrop we stand against, or a machine we press buttons on. It is a field: holographic in structure, distributed in perception, and responsive by design.
This means that every detail of life contains the whole, every perception is shaped by the whole, and every signal we emit is answered by the whole.
In other words, reality does what any true mirror does: it reflects us.
How to Work with Reality as Mirror
1. Signal â What We Radiate
Every human being carries an electromagnetic field, measurable by science, and a subtler energetic field, perceptible through experience.
This field emits the oscillatory vibrations of our cellular functioning as well as our emotional tones, identity structures, subconscious beliefs, ancestral imprints, and energetic residues from past experience. Psychics and sensitives may see these as colors or shapes in the aura. Bioenergetic devices can also detect and record these.
And guess what: reality is reading this data too. As a feedback system, it processes and then returns what the field is broadcasting.
This is why someone who feels âunluckyâ often experiences more misfortune, while another who carries ease and trust tends to encounter synchronicity.
Some people call this karma. But karma is not a cosmic reward-punishment ledger. Itâs the accumulation of energetic charge and structure â the imprints of past choices, perceptions, and traumas â that shape the signals we radiate.
Reality mirrors it back, often amplified. Not as judgment. As reflection.
2. Architecture â What Produces Signal
Signal doesnât appear out of nowhere. Itâs generated by deeper structures â what we could call the architectures of identity and experience.
These include emotional tone, beliefs, inherited blueprints from family or culture, collective myths, and structures created through trauma. In psychological language, this is the âsubconscious,â said to comprise about 95% of thought-forms, outweighing the 5% of conscious thought we try to control.
In energetic language, these are âexpressions of intelligence in formâ â patterned structures that radiate signal whether or not we consciously agree with them.
Identity itself functions like the frame around the mirror: it doesnât just reflect our momentary state, but defines the entire context of reflection. Role overlays like âwounded healerâ or âthe safe masculineâ can distort our reflection no matter what positive affirmations or thoughts we attempt to maintain.
We are unable to witness our true self, and reality cannot reflect it back to us, until we release the distorting overlay.
3. Source â The Original Architect
Hereâs where things get subtle. Not all architecture comes from us alone.
At the deepest layer, Source itself encodes structures that support life, coherence, and sovereignty. These are the original blueprints of reality, what I call Source Reality, that support the original design and intention for our creation.
But over time, world-systems â the structures behind our planet's social, political, and spiritual hierarchies â have co-opted and overlaid these blueprints with false structures.
Instead of mirroring freedom, they mirror suppression, hierarchy, scarcity, or fracture.
This doesnât mean Source has abandoned us. It means that the mirror is showing us both the true architecture and the overlays weâve unconsciously agreed to carry.
The work is to discern which is which. And to eradicate what is false to reveal what is true.
4. Coherence â How We Restore Source Architecture
So how do we shift the reflection? By restoring coherence.
Coherence means bringing our inner signal, our deep identity architecture, and our relationship with Source into alignment.
Itâs less about âmakingâ reality give us what we want, and more about reformatting our own structures (by releasing false, limiting structures and aligning to Source structures) so the mirror has no choice but to reflect truth.
Think of coherence as the opposite of static. When a radio is slightly off frequency, the message is distorted. But when you tune exactly to the right bandwidth, the signal comes through clearly. Coherence is that clear signal â nothing competing, nothing cross-wired.
When we align with Source architecture, the signal we radiate is clean. The feedback loop stabilizes. Reality reflects coherence instead of distortion.
This also explains why manifesting often feels easy in the early stages of a spiritual journey. At that point, our desires tend to be simpler â financial breathing room, a healthy body, meaningful relationships. The signal is relatively uncluttered, so the reflection arrives quickly.
But as we mature spiritually, deeper overlays surface: trauma patterns, mission-burdens, world-system structures designed to suppress sovereignty, not support it.
These introduce ânoiseâ into the signal.
The mirror slows down not because reality is against us, but because it is waiting for coherence.
Practical examples of coherence at work:
Emotional field: If you are anxious but forcing affirmations of trust, the mirror reflects the anxiety more than the words trying to overlay it. When you pause to breathe, calm your body, and genuinely settle, the reflection shifts because you calmed structurally.
Boundaries: If you say âI want nourishing relationshipsâ but keep saying yes to draining ones, the mirror reflects the incoherence. As soon as you hold a boundary â even quietly â coherence increases, the signal is clear, and reality adjusts.
Identity: If your architecture says âIâm only safe when invisible,â the mirror will keep you unseen. Shift the architecture to âIâm safe to be visible,â and suddenly invitations, recognition, and opportunities appear.
Coherence isnât perfection. Itâs consistency. Itâs the degree to which your emotions, declarations, body, and deep inner architecture are playing the same music. When they are, reality has no option but to echo it back.
Welcome To a New Partnership With Reality
Now we can see that reality is an interactive reflection â not of our conscious thoughts and feelings â but of our overall inner architecture and the signal it broadcasts.
We also see that our architecture is a mixture of our own original structures (personal and Source structures)⌠and false overlay structures that tend to be controlling, harmful or suppressive.
Because we each issue from Source and Source manifests into a holographic, fractal reality where each part contains the Whole, we also now see that we can conceivably possess the same authorship ability as Source:
To create and encode reality, as well as to eradicate false structures that do not align with Source truth and our free will choice that Source has given us.
Finally, because reality is holographic, each part affects the Whole.
Each act of coherence doesnât just shift your personal life. It ripples across the field. What stabilizes in you becomes available in the collective mirror. Your signal is not isolated; it participates in the pattern.
This changes the game. Reality is not a problem to solve, nor a puzzle to crack. It is a partner. A participant. A mirror that learns, as you do, how to stabilize coherence and restore Source Reality.
In Closing
As we cross this Fall Equinox, when day and night briefly balance, the invitation is clear: your choices matter. Your inner architecture matters. The signal you broadcast matters â for you and for us all.
Every individual matters.
This season, I invite you to look at what occurs in your life and around you, not as verdict, but as feedback.
Ask: What signal am I broadcasting? What architecture is generating it? Where can coherence be restored?
The more we embody coherence, the more reality has no choice but to reflect it. And in doing so, it doesnât just stabilize your life â it begins to stabilize the collective field.
Reality is waiting. The mirror is already alive in front of you. The question is: what will you choose to show it next?
Sending you love,
Amaya đ
